
Seven is a two-player turn-based game, played on a board with 7 rows and 7 columns, containing a total of 49 squares.

Each column is assigned with a number from 1 to 7, and each row is assigned with a name of an archangel on one side, and a name of a demon or a fallen angel on the opposite site.
The board has 20 black squares, 12 white squares, and 8 red squares.
The center purple square, designated Michael 4, is the “Throne of God”.
Four blue squares, designated Gabriel 4, Michael 3, Michael 5, Raphael 4 – are “Sheol”, realm of the underworld and dungeon for captured angels.
Four squares, designated Gabriel 3, Gabriel 5, Raphael 3, Raphael 5 – are the “Gates of Heaven”.
